I am looking to put a saddle pad on my Arione. any comments on the differences between the QR vs. Desoto versions of the neoprene cover?? Looks like the Desoto might be thicker(5mm vs. 3mm), although I thought Dan used to make a “Mt. Flitie” that was thicker too.

Hmm. Good question. I presumed they were identical. I wonder if there is any difference?
I own one of each, and can’t say that I’ve ever noticed any difference. I’d check 'em with calipers for you, but one’s out on loan. Sorry.
