Saddle Bottle Holder that holds a bottle

I got Superwing, and looking for bottle holder. I have tried several holders on my old Tracx saddle attachments, but only wire aluminum will really hold the bottle. Did not get a chance to ride with Superwing, and probably will not ride until the spring time.
I had carbon ebay holders that work fine down on the frame, but none worked behind the saddle.
I have seen Gorillas xlab holders, but they are too expensive.

Does anyone knows a cheap carbon ebay bottle holder that will work good on Superwing? Thanks!

I have used Specialized Rib Cages (made of plastic, I believe) in various behind the saddle set ups. They’re designed for mountain bikes, and I’ve never ejected a bottle off the back. The bonus: they’re super cheap at around $20 US, hold pretty much any bottle and are relatively lightweight. The downside: they don’t look as cool as a carbon / more expensive option. I don’t know how well they’d fit on a Superwing, but it might be worth checking out.

I’ll echo the Rib Cage. Works best with Specialized bottles though.

Another vote for the cheap Rib Cage. I zip tied mine to the saddle rails. Previously I had it mounted to my mountain bike and never had to worry about a bottle budging.

GF bought her bike and it had a rib cage on it, it holds it so well she couldn’t get her bottle out and I had to swap it out for a crap aluminum one from my road bike.

so while no direct behind the seat experience with one, over all they seem to hold bottles insanely well having now used it on my downtube on my road bike.

I’ve never launched a bottle from a Bontrager tri cage and they’re only $15. I train with a pair of them mounted to a Minoura.
