Altra just came out with Rivera which is a few mm thicker than the Escalante and a new upper.
It’s a bit firmer than the Escalante which imo is pretty soft. Although to be fair I haven’t tried on the Escalante in a bit. The uppers seem nice. We just got it in a few weeks ago, sold a few pair, it’s not flying off the shelf though.
