Going to be in Columbus this weekend, staying at a hotel downtown and near the river I think. Are there running paths, or better yet, any trails nearby?

There is a reasonably long trail that goes along 315N, and I believe it goes down to about OSU campus.
Battelle Darby is the best trail running. Its about 15 minutes out of Columbus.
Head towards the river, find a path, go north.

If you want dirt, go to highbanks or alum creek and run the MTB or bridle trail…
