I have some Hind drylete tights that fit well and I’m 33W-36+L(6’7" tall). I XC ski and run on cold days with them.
REI sells some of their own branded clothing in tall.
Helly hansen polypro tops also have really long arms and torso and fit me skin tight. they have a polypro top and a polypro wool blend top which are both great for cold weather.
