Running and GOVSS

Hi. Need some help with how to analyze GOVSS PMC charts.

What values should GOVSS short run stress, Long term, Stress balance be between?
(ex Ideal for runners is to be between minus … and positive … TSB/CTL) (GOVSS Stress balance/Long term stress)

And how are GOVSS related to TSS, CTL, ATL, and TSB?
Some said that GOVSS stress balance are 20-30% lower and another said 50% lower than TSB.

In Coggans book there are sentences like this:
Most cyclings can increase ther CTL at a rate of x TSS per day.

Can you replace it with GOVSS and running?

I found these guidelines (GOVSS).
<75 recovered next day
75-125 residual fatigue next day
125-200 residual fatigue about 2 days
200+ residual fatigue 3 or more day
