Run vo2 max results finally

Either way as mike just said vo2 doesn’t matter that much. 60-65 is fine either way. I was very happy with my LT for only doing run training for 4 months.

The problem with increasing workload is that the program at least how it was running right now is not set up to ramp up that quick. For me to hit max HR, i would have to be in a full sprint and on a treadmill thats 20+ outside obviously not that much. (I know someone is gonna say i haven’t done that fast and i’ll post the link again if i have to). But thats the problem i think the way to fix it is to get up to around LT then start increasing the incline. We’ll work on the program later but i think overall right now the results for both my bike and run were pretty consitant with what i was expect.
