I feel that i need to change my run paces but with no 10k run or any other road races in the near future, what`s the best test i can do so i can recalculate via the McMillan calculator? Last 10k i joined was around 8 weeks already and fitness has surely improved, lost almost 20lbs in the process and from 4x built to 5x and now at 6x/week which has made my running really good in all aspects.

Step 1: Map a route that = 6.2 miles.
Step 2: Run said route and time how long it takes you.
Step 3: Enter time from Step 2 into McCillan calculator.
Step 4: ???
Step 5: Profit!!

Also know that you very likely would run a bit faster in an actual race and take that into account too.
