So I want to enter this local race. Its a bit difficult because of the language barrier but I managed to get the vita info in english; all except the rules. All the info sheet states is “Follow the Okinawa Prefecture Athletic Meet rules and JTU rules”. Neither of which can I find online. Any suggestions?
get a friend who speaks japanese and english to read the rules over and than have him/her give you the main gist of the rules verbally ?
