I have the rudy aero helmet with ear flaps and visor. Currently those are removed, if i put them back on how much of an aero advantage am i looking to get? are there any # that support or show that its slower?
I run the ear flaps at all TTs and sprint tris. It keeps the loud wind noise out a bit. The visor keeps my contacts from being aggravated since my position has my sunglasses hang down low on my face.
Does anyone have any data?
