Rudy Project Australia?

Anyone know what’s happening with them? Been trying to contact them for a while now and can’t get a response via email nor their mobile number? I’m still waiting on an order I paid for 6 months ago… They still operating or gone out of business??

Another follow up-more emails sent and messages left and still no response. Looking at recent reviews it’s seems many others are experiencing the same!!

Maybe contact the US division. They have a phone number

Yep seems like a real widespread problem. Hopefully lots of Aussies see this thread and steer clear.

I am sorry you are having these issues.
I brought two helmets from them in the last 6 months, super quick and good service. They had fought for a long time to get the Wing Dream available in Australia. I had really really good service from them and was happily supporting an Australian business. I am not sure what has happened. I wonder if the Australian part of the business has gone under??

I ordered my son’s WD in the States from them and they mailed it to the local bike shop in Taupo where we picked it up. He lost his visor during the WC’s and they shipped us a new one. This was right after Christmas and they were very helpful.

When RP North America is out of stock of what you purchase…they are very slow to respond. Lack of comms is not unusual.

This seems very strange
I have bought a few helmets and glasses of them and usually arrive in days (in OZ)
And I allways get a a immediate response from emails and or text even on weekends
They had a stand at IM Oz expo a few weeks ago and I was talking to him about a few things and he was saying how sooooo many pros are loving the new wing dream and how busy he was

Yep,its all very strange and it had crossed my mind it was an issue at my end except that doesn’t explain why my order status is still listed as pending, they can’t return a phone call, and the biggest one-plenty of other people in the reviews are having the same problem.

If u/anyone else could perhaps try to email or call them and see if you can get a response, direct them to this thread if need be. It would be great for my sanity…
