I know people have said this before about them, but when you find a company that takes care of their customers you need to tell everyone about it. My wife purchased a set of Q-Rings for my birthday, but they were lost in shipping. Shortly after we told Rotor Cranks about the lost shipment, Gary re-sent us the cranks and is taking over the claims process with the shipper. Thanks again Gary, I’ll let you know how the Q-rings work out.
