When we used to go down and race we stayed at the Texhoma retirement home. They had a whole wing they didn’t use, showers, very quite and such. Close enough to ride to the course and crit. The best part was it was free ! Bikes inside, big screen tv by the fireplace and chatting with the residents was a blast. You might try that if all else fails.
