I am just about to instal tires on my new HED Jet 6’s but I don’t know how to tell the proper rolling direction of my front wheel. I can’t find and indication on the wheel… Is there no right or wrong way?

However, if you want to look pro, the HED logo on the hub should be reading from left to right when you are sitting on the bike.
The new hub has HED reading superior to inferior rather than left to right.
The wheel will work either way. It’s better for bearing life to use it in one direction only (again, doesn’t matter which). Dirt that gets into the bearing tends to get pushed out of the way; switching directions moves a bit of it back into the contact path.
You should be able to read “HED” in pics taken from the drive side.
