Does anyone have any firsthand experience at a comparison between these two types of wheels?

I had the Rol SL’s. My long time training partner rides the Ksyrium’s. And for comparison I ran Easton Tempest II’s prior to the Rol’s. Not factoring in the $$ and strictly on performance I would rank them 1) Tempest II’s 2) Kysrium’s 3) Rols. About a 9, 8.5, and 8 respectively. The Rol’s were on the bike in a Sept. crash with a van. The front took the brunt of the hit and is toast. The rear came out unscathed. If you want to run the rear as a trial let me know we could work something out.

I’ve got the Ksyriums, and have been really happy with them. If what you want is light and sturdy, they’re a good choice.
if you want aero, if you want cheap, not so much.
