Rock Racing Fuji D6 nude

Does anyone know if the Fuji is going to be offered in nude carbon like some of the Rock Racing team members have? I thought the regular D6 looked good, but that is absolutely the bee’s knees in nude carbon.
Nude D6

I agree that the nude version looks better, but I don’t think we’ll see it at our local bike shops. It seems that most bike companies LOVE to put their names on every square inch on frames now.

Perhaps Fuji can release the nude carbon version with “FUJI” on the down tube as a compromise.

A boy can dream I guess. Not that I have the extra pennies rolling around to be able to afford a new TT bike in any form, but still I will one day and this in straight carbon looks really enticing.

I saw the Cd0.1 today in person and it looks WAY better than the pictures. I’m not crazy about the paint scheme, but the shapes on the bike are outstanding!

A person with the right sanding equipment and a lot of free time might be able to MAKE one nude for you. At the likely cost of one of these bikes…you probably have money to be able to afford such a luxury anyway. I agree with you though…looks sweet. But then…I’d like a Ridley Dean as well…better keep playing the lottery I guess…lol.

I asked a Rock Racing mechanic about the nude D6. He told me they were a prototype bike only. Apparently they didn’t have time to get the painted D6’s in all the sizes they needed. So in short, no, it won’t be available.

Hey guys, I live in Australia and just seem the FUJI D6

His shop is directly attached to the Calfee factory and also does carbon repair. He’s stripped a Planet X bike for a customer and has fixed quite a few frames for us, inluding a Yeti ASR Carbon MTB, flawlessly.

The paint stripping was about $400 not including shipping if I remember right.
