Well actually I don’t race, I participate (for now). My PRs are enough to think about. I crashed my bike on Saturday, and I have a race this Sunday. My shoulder/back is a bit messed up with some road rash. Its getting better but I am worried enough to try to figure out a plan B. I can’t comfortably get into aero on the bike, which isn’t that big of a deal. But everything that has to do with swimming might be a problem. Regular shirts hurt a bit, let alone a wet suit. Also getting my arm over my head and behind proves to be difficult. Anyone got any suggestions… And DNF or DNS are not options.
