That fit chart is based on the last years models with Zipp bars - which have a larger range but less granularity than the latest release bikes with Profile Design bars.
You haven’t mentioned whether you have the bars tilted, which also makes a difference. With clip on aerobars that will quickly increase the bike size you require.
Also, where all models came with clip ons previously, now the Force and Ultegra Di2 models have PD Wing20C+ Evo bars which have a direct mount bracket so the fit is a bit different across the model range.
For the models with clip ons (spec stems, no tilt)
If we tilt to 15deg
So my suggestion would be a 54 with a stem upgrade
That way you’ve got a bit of room to tweak your position if required.
In general I leave the bars at the same height when fitting shorter cranks - splits the change between hip angle and torso inclination
