Anyone have a good photo of one? Link? Anything?
Chip, you are not allowed to get another bike for at least 6 months.
It’s a rebadged Planet X stealth
.
Evans and Predictor Lotto were riding rebadged PX TT bikes with Oval forks and aerobars. Too bad it wasn’t pink like yours.

That is what I was thinking…need a better view to be sure. Same fin deals as the PX on the seat and chain stays.
Also same headtube and toptube. You see this very clearly on the feature VS did about Evans’ aerobike, when all they actually discussed was the fork.

The external cable routing is the same as well.
External cables? No wonder they did not get first!!!

Nope. Not Planet X. Rumour has it they got the clone version from Ebay for $700.
Not Oval aerobars though, vision aerobars… and how many times has this been discussed? by the way its a rebadged planet X, stevens, ect…

Why doesn’t Ridley use their own TT bikes? Does not make sense to use a smaller company’s bike instead of yours.
seriously folks. this has been discussed multiple times on this forum. just do a search for carbon frame, there are plenty available, a lot of companies sell this same frame. It can be imported from Taiwan for around $700 including frame, fork and seatpost. It is a mass produced frame, ridley, planet x, velovie, pedal force, element6, louis garneau, stevens etc… They are all the same.
The question is why? Why did Ridley do this? They have two TT bikes already and several road bikes of their own design. Why was this done?
here ya go Chip

I would have “re-badged” that helmet GIRO!

I think you have to be an original in order to be “rebadged”
.
Back in March, the team won a team time trial on a Ridley Cronus. The rebadge bike is a generic carbon bike that anyone can buy and rebadge or more correctly badge (HTFU version coming soon?). So why would a company who designs and manufacturers its own bikes and has several carbon bikes already choose to use a generic time trial frame which was unproven in the TdF?
I think it’s this one.
