Riding in Rainy Weather Below 60 Degrees

ST’ers,

For those of you who ride in all weather conditions and more specifically rainy conditions. What do you wear, if anything, on your feet to keep then dry, semi-dry, protected from the wind chill, and warm. I’m looking for something to wear to keep my feet nice and toasty, preferrably dry too. Any opinions on the LG Wind-Tex booties or the Descente neoprene one? Thanks in advance,

Eric

For the conditions you describe - I’d probably put toe covers on my shoes and something to keep my knees covered.

My feet would probbaly get wet and a little chilled, but not bad. If I really wanted, I’d maybe put my feet in some plastic baggies combined with toe covers.

Maybe some nice water proof shoe covers, but my shoe covers would roast my feet above 40 degrees - so I just use toe covers.

For the shoe covers, any brand in particular?

If you go down the neoprene overshoes route - just go for cheap ones. They last just as long as the expensive ones.
