I know I keep posting about Phoenix, but last time was really helpful so I figured I would do this again. I am going back next week-end. I will have my bike there and was wondering about the best group ride on saturday and about a long group run sunday. Last time I went with the scottsdale running company, it was great, but it is on saturday…If no group run, I can certainly run by myself. But I have no clue about riding in phoenix… I am staying in Goodyear but will be looking at properties in Scottsdale area so either would work…Thanks in advance
don’t know about “best” but bicycle ranch at 101- fralk loyd wright rides on both sat and sun, around 40 miles or sometimes more, various speeds.

try arizonaroadracers.com for a lot of running stuff, don’t know offhand of any long group runs but i think there’s always a marathon training group on the canals in phoenix, there’s a park off of lincoln blve at about 18th st- maybe someone from phoenix can be more specific.
