Returning to training after Stomach Flu

Anyone have experience with how long i should expect to be off from training after a bout of stomach flu? Kicked in halfway through my long ride Sunday (I thought it was the worst bonk ever) and I’m only now able to get up out of bed. any thoughts would be appreciated!

Just went through this myself. Give it three days of ez work only once u start eating again then see how ya feel

Yeah, a two or three days should be fine depending on how bad. Hopefully you just have the 24 hour stuff and can get back on quickly.
