Returning from Injury - Broken Collarbone

A week from IML, I went splat and broke my collarbone. Ended up having surgery on 8/31. I am healing quite nicely and am able to hammer the computrainer and walk. I should be able to start running next week which would leave me 5 weeks since my last run. Prior to the crash i was running 30-40 miles a week and am a 3:00 hour marathoner, 1:25 half. My original plan in the offseason was to build speed. The question is when I can start running, what should my MPW start out at and when do you think I can add speed/tempo to the mix? I have had no running injuries whatsoever in 3 plus years.
