I’m selling my 2023 Trek Speed Concept SLR 7 in size SMALL, complete with a stunning ProjectONE prismatic paint scheme. After recently retiring from racing, I’m letting go of this incredible bike, which has been meticulously maintained and professionally serviced at the Trek store.

Key Features & Upgrades:

  • Full Shimano Ultegra groupset (front brakes replaced 6 months ago, and the front derailleur is a brand-new Dura-Ace unit, both replaced under warranty).

  • The bike has only minor cosmetic scratches that are easily buffed out, and everything else is in pristine condition.

  • CeramicSpeed OSPW system for smoother, faster rides.

  • Upgraded AeroCoach tri extensions and TriRig BTA elevator for an optimized aero position.

  • Assioma Dual-Sided Power Pedals for precise power measurement.

  • EZ Hydro Gains BTS double water cage and a Bi-saddle attachment (can swap for an ISM attachment if preferred).

  • Includes all three X-Lab Gorilla cages and a triangle downtube bottle for extra hydration during long rides.

This bike has earned multiple fastest age group bike splits at multiple races and at Ironman World Championships and 70.3 World Championships, proving it’s built for speed and performance. It’s truly race-ready and will help take your performance to the next level.

Optional Add-Ons:

  • Race wheels (add $1,500): Includes a HED Disc brake full disc wheel and HED Vanquish RC8 Pro race wheels (60mm front / 80mm rear). These are tubeless-ready and designed for optimal speed.

  • Shipping & Packing ($500): I can professionally pack and ship the bike to you in my Premier Hard Bike Case (via BikeFlights). This case has safely transported the bike and wheels on trips to New Zealand, Hawaii, and many other locations without issue.

$100 - it has the extender and dual bottle attachments. It will not come with any bottle cages though.

The bike is sold - but for future reference… I’m a 5’5” female and it fit really well, with room to go smaller, so I think it would have fit fine.
