A giant in our sport, and a giant in the lives of all who knew her, crossed her last finish line yesterday. Diane Proud, from the day she discovered its presence in her body, until the end, won her battle everyday with ALS. She epitomozed the kind of person and the kind of competitor we all strive to be. Rest in peace, Beautiful Warrior.
