**Pornography **– The Party believes, as do the vast majority of Texans, that pornography is repulsive, addictive and contributes to deviant criminal behavior. It exploits men, women, and children and degrades society as a whole. We call upon our governmental bodies to enforce existing laws regarding all forms of pornography in our music, film, telephone, computer, video, cable, satellite, television, radio, Internet, and print industries. We must have more stringent legislation to prohibit access to and generation of pornography including virtual pornography and operation of sexually–oriented businesses.

I remember Bobby Slayton (Cuz, have you seen this guy - he’s perfect for you) do a hilarious routine on pornography. Saying that the anti-porno folks claimed that it led to the degradation of women, etc… when it really led to having a sandwhich which led to taking a nap.

I’d say it has led to the degradation of men. Guys sit around jerkin’ the gherkin because they can see porn for less than the cost of a date, they don’t have to pay for dinner, and then don’t have to bathe…
I’ve heard of Slayton, but don’t know that I’ve ever seen him. If he’s like me, he must be one helluva man!
He used to be fairly regular in the SF comedy club circuit - not sure what he’s up to now, but definitely the most un-PC comedian I’ve seen. He is totally coarse and vulgar, and will rip on anything and anyone.
