The issue is whether Mueller should have reached a conclusion over whether Trump committed a crime. The second issue is whether Mueller should have recommended impeachment. But your discussion about what Mueller should have done re reaching a conclusion and/or recommending impeachment, is still different to discussing each of your positions on “whether or not Trump should be impeached.” The former is about what Mueller should or should not have done, and why, while the latter is about your (and Slowman’s) personal views over whether Trump should be impeached. Correct, but, we did also discuss whether Trump should be impeached. I say yes, Dan says no. Dan’s position is - Trump should be removed via the election process.
