Replacing cables/housing on P3

To all the wrenches here, I’ve just started learning more about bikes and maintenance. I think I’ve mastered my drivetrain and am thinking about replacing all my cables and housing as it’s been about a year since I’ve had this done (and since I want to be able to do it by myself).

There isn’t a whole lot out there on how this process works. Or at least I wasn’t able to find it. I have a P3 so everything but the front brake is internally routed somehow. For those three cables that are internally routed, what’s the best method of getting these through and are there anything special that I should know before I try? For the front and rear derraileurs, do I just snake the cable through the downtube and wait for it to come out near the BB? How about the rear brake cable? Is there a good way to get the cable out of the top tube once it’s been inserted near the front?

I have a VisionTech cockpit (alum basebar and carbon pro aerobars). How deep should the cable housing should go inside the bars?

And as far as housing and cables go, are there brands that I should go with? And others that should be avoided?

Oh hell, since I’ve already posted here, a bonus question: I also think I have some sort of debris in my top tube - if I lift the bike vertically and upside down, I can hear something sliding back and forth in there. Any hints on how to get that out?

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

The cables are very easy to replace. I would not hesitate to do it. As far as the noise-once you get the insert out of the bottom of the top tube you will probably be able to see whats making the noise.
