Replace hub on disc?

I have a Falcon Trialist Disc wheel that is about 4 years old. The hub is in pretty poor shape. It has never fit quite right for one, I have to use a washer to get correct spacing for my drop outs. Also, the cassette has about 1/8" lateral play. Does anyone have experience with this disc?

I’ve been racing on it and the shifting is OK, but not great and it actually spins OK. I’d like to get a new disc, but my next purchase is going to be Oval A700 TT bars.

I had a Hed that I ripped the hub out of when doing some accelerations before a TT. Hed replaced it for $150. Why not call the makers and see if they have a similair policy or if they will let you send them your own hub? Good luck
