As a result of my crash a couple of weeks ago my campy record 10 shifters took a beating. Although they appear to be in working order they are looking very worse for wear. Specifically the carbon levers. Is there a way to replace just the levers without repalacing the whole shifter assembly?
Yes. You should be able to rebuild them part by part.

Ti T’war,
Yes! You will be happy to know that just the carbon brake lever blades alone will only cost $125.00 US to replace. The shifter lever is not included at this price and would cost additional.
I know. I just had to replace a Chorus alloy brake lever blade and couldn’t get the alloy blade even though Campy supposedly insisted it was available (they just wouldn’t ship it). Replacing both alloy brake lever blades with carbon blades to get back on the road only cost $125 for the blades. Labor and everything else was additional.
Good luck!
Hmmm. $125 for jsut the blades seems pretty steep. Do you need specialized equipment to change them out? On a cursury inspection they look like they were riveted in place.
I think that I saw a set on ebay go for $200 for both complete shifters. I may have to jsut do that and keep these for a CX build.
Thanks for the tip though.
