My buddy has a renn disc with campy hub on it. Is it possible to switch to shimano hub?
Just get a conversion cassette. I think American Classic still makes them.

It can’t be converted. I used the AC conversion cassette as the previous poster mentioned. They work well and the cassettes are reasonably priced compared to Campy.
It can be converted, my friend had it done with UKGearMuncher’s old disc. You need a new freehub body.
I wanted to take my shimano-hubbed Renn to Italy and ride it on a campy bike back in Sept.
Called Renn and he said that a shimano freehub could not be swapped out to campy.
Not sure the same applies for campy—>shimano, but I got the answer straight from him, FWIW.
