It’s a pretty “nice” skinsuit (fit, etc.) but let’s be real, looks garish and fredly since it’s Nike “USA” skinsuit. Though I mostly glue numbers now & then I’ve had to pin because I forgot a cloth number so it’s just getting trashed, if I can get some of the glue off that be nice.
It is currently soaking in Goo Gone. And yeah, the races require different number placement.
Why remove it? Just stick numbers in same spot.
I have my wife press the number on while I’m sitting on my trainer. Or one of my teenage boys. It’s a little inconsistent.
I’d rather have it pressed on 15-20min before I race while I have the suit on, if I try to put it on the suit before I’m in the thing it tends to tear away.

Ok, so, why not press it on the same spot? I never removed glue from speedsuit, didn’t ever have an issue.
well for me I glued mine on where the commissares wanted it, not where the skin suit manufacturer intended it to go.
Also, for the crit and road race, I glued a race temporary number on over my permanent state cloth numbers, which are gunked up now.
Well, it’s pretty hard to get the person pressing it on to get on to the same spot consistently.
Out of curiosity, how much wear are you getting out what you use? I really only have one “fast” skinsuit (that being the Nike) the rest are beater suits that I’ve used for CX or don’t quite fit right.
Full season, sometimes more. That might have been 15-20 wears in a year. Usually there would be a little bit outside the lines (so to speak) but not enough that I thought it was an issue. Only one year did I have a special suit, which I only wore a few times mainly because it fit so snug.
