Just getting ready for first ironman was woundering on the reflective tape where to put it and how much i see it’s mandatory. And also where to put the bike frame sticker does it matter where. thanks for any info adam
Buy a strip at the expo (probably 3 bucks or so). Put it below your chest - maybe an inch long piece in front along each side at the bottom of your ribs. Having it too high could affect your finisher’s photo (reflection). Throw a piece on your back - mid level to boot. If you are out there late - they will probably be passing out those glow sticks…definately ditch that prior to the finish.
I put my bike sticker on my headtube (actually more on the side). I don’t think it has to be in a certain location…I believe it is just for ID when you try to retreive your bike after the race.
