RED-S (Relative Energy Deficiency in Sport) support

May seem odd, many REDS or borderline REDS can train less and improve more.

If your family tells you that you are looking thin generally people probably overdoing it.

Tips - increase body size (not saying gain weight as that triggers, but increase body size and frame and gain some natural strength from it), 1-2 days completely off run, bike swim, lift each week, reduce caffeine (if caffeine causes stress / anxiety and reduces relaxation), get blood tests. Do sprints and halfs not fulls.

Not had REDS but had borderline anemia before. Prob overlap.
