well, you do at least have pedals … but the absolute bare minimum ST approved drop for sure!
Well, it now has a 30 degree stem and higher seat if that makes you feel better…

why buy the zipp bars and then angle them…kinda defeats the purpose of having a flat and aero base bar

Are those 650s? My GF is 5 feet even and loves her Trek with 650s, since they make the bike feel the right size for short people like here. Good luck on the new rig!
