Hello all,
I’m sure this may have been posted before but after much searching I came up empty. I need some advice. Last Monday I came down with the flu which then turned into a sinus infection. My doctor put me on antibiotics on Sat. and since then I’m feeling better. My question is when can or should I start training again? Should I take one week very light and then ramp up or just a couple days and ramp up. I’ve been flat on my back since last Monday and I can’t take the rest anymore!
