Will be training for Silverman 70.3 (lake swim/hilly bike/hilly run).
Background - been racing for 6 years, good runner coming from the collegiate soccer background/ok cyclist/mediocre swimmer. Will be in a good racing shape prior to the training start. Ideally a 12 week plan or so would be best.
Any ideas as to which plan would work best for me?

They have tons of plans from people like Dave Scott, Joe Friel, David Glover and more. Plans for anyone from beginner to competitive age grouper/pro. You can search by author of the plan or by desired time frame. David Glover has a few Silverman 70.3 specific plans. Two that fit close to your time frame are both for experienced athletes either 10 or 14 weeks.
