If you don’t mind a little drive (OK, maybe not so little), Eric Moen in Kenmore, WA does a great job. Has Retul system as well. Check out BikePT.com. Good luck.
Bjoern Ossenbrink- can be reached at bjoern@lifesportcoaching.com. You can google him he’s got an extensive background in the sport.
First met him in July 2008, I was training for IMC and was having very bad knee pain. Had 2 fits done at reputable places, but they didn’t make too many changes and the pain was still there. Bjoern spent a lot of time with me making tons of little adjustments and seeing how it effected my position. It worked!
Feel free to PM me if you have anymore questions.
Agreed, Speed Theory is good. They recently helped me transition from a roadbike to a tribike and have been very helpful. Obviously, obtaining the right fit usually involves trying out multiple different set-ups and I’ve been back and forth to the shop for all kinds of little adjustments (at no extra charge). This isn’t to say they didn’t get it right the first time, it’s just I need to ride a bike for several hours in a certain position to really know if it’s going to work for me. Good luck.
Tyler Dumont at Physiomoves in Surrey/Cloverdale. He’s an ex-Elite MTB racer, very competitive Masters CX racer and a Physiotherapist. He has fit me on both road and tri bikes and I highly recommend him.
I also highly recommend Bjoern Ossenbrink (bjoern@lifesportcoaching.com). He has done the fits for both myself and my girlfriend who had knee pain which we manged to get rid of through small position changes.
I’ve also had good success fitting another of my bikes at Speed Theory. Doug, Jeremy, and the guys there really know their triathlon stuff.
