Recommend a CD for a hard workout

I have tried to find a CD (or a download from iTunes) that includes music for a hard workout. In the past I “composed” my own play list, but I am fed up with it.
Last week whilst doing some weight lifting, we had fantastic music in the GYM coming from a class that was taking place in the adjacent room (involving people hitting invisible targets in a whimpish way; Apparently, it is called boxercise).

I have asked the instructor what was that CD. Unfortunately, it was some special one that only people who are members of some fitness industry association can buy. But she recommended a CD called Rush Hour. I asked in a local music shop - they insisted it is a DVD movie, but eventually found on their computer that there is such a CD – and they no longer have it.

This is a long-winded way to ask the question I already asked in the title. I would be grateful if anyone recommends something that will keep me moving.

Velvet Revolver and Audioslave kept me going through some brutal winters. I imagine the effect would be similar elsewhere. Good luck!

Thanks KaKa. I listened to the your recommended just now on iTunes.
I did not like the Velvet Revolver, too noisy and slightly hard rock for my taste, but I really like the bass and sweet sounds of Audioslave. Audioslave would not make me run into the bit, but I might buy it just for listening. I was looking more into aerobic class type music.

BTW I like the name kaka much better than chara. Both mean the same.

I highly recommend Tool - their album with Parabol and Parobola (album starts with an L). Hard, but soft parts too - good guitar licks

Foo Fighters, Foo Fighters, Foo Fighters!!!

Any of their CDs are incredible. The Color and the Shape is one of the best albums ever made. If Everlong doesn’t make the hair stand on the back of your neck, something is seriously wrong with you.

In Your Honor rock CD is off the hook, and the acoustic is a great post workout recovery CD.

You can’t go wrong with the most talented and hardest working man in rock!

deep purple. most albums.

Is it called Lateralus?
I could not find their music on iTunes.

Yup - that’s it! Lateralus. Actually I got it on advice from another slowtwitcher a few months back. I highly recommend it (not my usual listening)
