I have a friend who is having a birthday and I would like to get her a book on running for because her running form is pretty atrocious. Recommend a basic, easy to understand book with illustrations and exercises aimed at helping someone become a more efficient runner. Thanks!
Maybe she’s not the one who needs to change.
Once a runner… Although it has nothing to to with form. It is a book any Person would love
She is lucky to have a friend like you. Make sure you also mention her breath is bad and she looks fat in her favorite jeans.

Never cared much for that show, but good clip. Reminds me of “Can’t buy me love” and the African Mating Ritual.

I would if it was your mom, but we are talking about someone else.
Not a book, but I would really recommend one of Bobby MeGee’s DVDs on running form. He also does a lot of drills that will help all runners. Great stuff!

The immortal Hal Higdon.
Tim Noakes is always doing some interesting research that is published everywhere.
good luck

The “bible” is Tim Nokes’ “The Lore of Running”. Bobby Mcgee wrote a book a few years ago called “Magical Running” and it is more on the zen of running and clearing the mind. It’s a good read. For pure form work, I would echo the sentiments for “Chi Running”.
