Recipe to gain 5 lbs in 1 week

Go on vacation.

Eat tasty breakfast rolls and drink kona coffee.

Minimal exercise. No bike, a few ocean swims, a few walks, one extreme hike.

Sandwiches and chips on the beach.

Pupu’s and mai tais before dinner.

Epic dinner every night and with a comprehensive sampling of Hawaii’s microbrews.

Chocalate toffee macadamia nuts for desert.

Repeat.

Sounds great! What’s a Pupu tho?

Well, coffee helps performance, chocolate has tons of anti-oxidants, micro-brews have your Vit Bs and nuts have iron and magnesium so sounds like you had a very nutritious week!

I will have to starve myself before I show up to Kauai

Years back I went to Kos, Greece for two weeks and lived off of tzatziki, hummus, and lamb
