Okay, I got you!

now go out and ride twenty-five miles in Time Trial form, follow that with twenty minutes of climbing, and finish the ride off with about fifteen miles of hard wind riding (In to the wind, not with it at your back.)

If this fails to make you faster (and only after you’ve tried it twice) then you may go out and spend as much money as you want on your bike.

Only 20 minutes of climbing? Don’t you have any hills where you train?

OK, I read it and I don’t feel any faster. Am I supposed to actually work at this?
