Race Directors, our swim start and finish on a boat ramp with dock.
We continue to look for ways to offer a best in class race and also something that is of ease from a setup and tear down standpoint. We currently have folks start on the boat ramp and finish on the other side of the boat ramp.
Does everyone use the outside turn carpet with sand bags on it or is there alternative ways to cover the grooves. I don’t like the idea of starting off the dock but would consider folks finishing by climbing onto the dock via a set of stairs etc.
