how are your shoulders? i struggle to do over 5km by myself, probably why i’m so unfit for swimming.
they’re ok. my left one gets sore regularly, but i ice it and do stabilizer exercises and stretches for it everyday, so I manage.
When I read it I thought- wow, I think I could actually do that… until I saw the 15X

I am just starting to swim 5x/week for 30 minutes. I’ve never swam than much in my life! I would like to do that workout one time through.
