Raceday, Powertap and Torque

Typically, I use Raceday to view my power data. I import the files in Raceday. Yesterday, I exported my ride file from Raceday to Excel and noticed that there are no torque values. Does this sound correct? The column header was there, but the values were “0”. Is this a powertap hub issue, a powertap computer issue (old wired yellow computer) or an issue with Raceday? Today I’m going to import my file into both Raceday and Poweragent and see if there is a difference.

Thanks.

Bump. Anyone have issues with this. My .csv file still shows zero torque.

I’m seeing the torque data in Excel after exporting a recent bike file from RaceDay/Apollo. The data was originally captured on my Powertap then brought into Apollo. So I don’t believe the problem is with RaceDay/Apollo.

Export the file from Poweragent. I’ll bet it will have the torque values there.

That did it. Poweragent exported the torque values, but I guess Raceday (not Apollo) doesn’t. Good to know.

Thanks.

I’ll look into this. Seems very strange.
