I’m using the free trial version of this program, and I really like it so far. But I can’t figure out a few things. Any RaceDay users out there that can help?

It seems to collect all the zeroes from my Garmin when it’s paused (e.g., stopped at a red light, etc.), which lowers all the averages and increases workout duration. Any way to change this?

Any way to have the calendar show cumulative weekly hours instead of only one sport at a time?

Is there a planned vs. completed feature, like TrainingPeaks?

I can answer number 1…when you go to the workout go over to the "data’ tab and it shows you every second of the entire workout. You can then delete anything you want by highlighting and clicking on the delete. You can shift or control to highlight multiple or large segments of time. It’s tedious at first but once you get the hang of it pretty simple.
Wish I could answer 2 and 3 but I’m not sure. I would email physfarm as they are great at responding. I had them reply back and forth w/ me over a holiday weekend when I had an issue. Very good customer service. I actually wouldn’t be surprised if Dr. Skiba replies to this posting if he happens to log on. Good luck. I like the program and never like training peaks for what that’s worth?
Thanks John, I guess that extra step is a small price to pay. I’m not a fan of TP either, so I can deal with a little extra data modification work!
Yeah I think you’ll like the program overall. It applies to all 3 sports and the models I’ve found to be pretty spot on. I didn’t always trust them at first and sometimes the constants seem strange but I’ll be damned if it doesn’t pretty accurately predict my power/pace on certain days.
Just downloaded the program last night & I like it so far, but it does have a learning curve. Hopefully it doesn’t take me to long to figure out. Do any of you have tips & tricks to use the program better to Self Coach yourself?
