Did a hilly race last weekend south of Shreveport - 1 mile/40 miles/10 miles. I have posted four race reports and a link to a video summary at www.lafayettefitness.org. Attendance was a bit sparse, but all who finished vowed to come back next year.

I heard from others that it was a great race – a fun course and great atmosphere. Will be on my calendar next year.
Bobo severed his Achilles tendon several months ago, very serious business. He is now able to ride, but running is a long way off.
