This was my last race before IMAZ… And after taking 8 solid weeks almost completely off of training (Had a really bad wreck - http://seanharwin.blogspot.com/2011/08/crashing-sucks.html ) This is just the encouragement I needed to refocus my training and get back to it.

I have to say living here in the North West is Amazing - I have never met so many other athletes who are just awesome people. Without the support of my customers who I consider friends I would not be where I am now.
