For those of you that have done this race, how are the roads? I know last year it was windy but what about the conditions of the roads? I keep reading they are pretty bad. How are they compared to say Steelhead?
There is only one section of the road that was bad…probably a half mile long. You hit it on the way out and way back. I heard that it is going to be re-paved.
It is in Michigan so the roads are not the best, they obviously prefer dirt roads, but everyone has to ride them so it is irrelevent. See you there.
