I want to extend this praise of Cervelo to Asia as well as I experienced the same here in Singapore.

Some time back I had a problem with the paint of my P3C which turned out the be a warranty issue. I went to The Bike Boutique, the Cervelo dealer in Asia, and was helped by Ben Distel and Jason, who ensured I was riding my replacement P3C within 5 days. They provided me the new frame out of their warehouse even before they received the replacement frame from Cervelo!

Thanks to both Cervelo and The Bike Boutique, a combination that’s delivers true customer service!
